At Eastlands School we thrive to develop students as independent learners is at the heart of what we aim to achieve. Every child is nurtured and equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful, excel in the future, and reach their full potential.
Our Mission

We aim to develop each child to their full potential by offering a play-based approach to learning and development, taking individual interests, needs and learning styles into account. Our skilled Early Years staff provide children with appropriate and exciting play and learning experiences to enhance their strengths and support them to develop new skills.
Starting from the Foundation Stage is a warm and nurturing environment, where each child is valued and made to feel safe and secure in their surroundings. We appreciate that this is often a family’s first contact with formal schooling and we always work with the whole family, building positive and constructive relationships.

Our Staff
Eastlands International School is committed to recruiting teachers who are highly experienced, dedicated, and passionate about their subject, age range, and are excited by the prospect of working within a dynamic and diverse community.
Open-minded and curious, our teachers make discoveries between subjects, forming connections across disciplines. Classroom practices emphasise active, collaborative learning. Team-building activities, workshops, conferences and lectures by leading educators are among the initiatives we employ to develop our staff’s teaching skills. Professional development is an on-going priority, as we strongly believe that a school flourishes when its teachers are committed to lifelong learning.
